What a spreadsheet will never do.
Direct digital invitation.
Feel the exclusivity. When a promoter adds someone, the guest receives an automatic WhatsApp link with their personalised QR.
Duplicate detection.
Zero misunderstandings. The system flags if a guest is already on another team's list and prevents double-entry fraud.
Smart tags.
Classify with one tap: 'DJ Booth', 'Influencer', 'Birthday', 'VIP wristband'. The door knows who to pamper before they walk in.
Synced check-in.
The digital box office scans the QR and pings the promoter instantly: "Your guest just walked in." No radio, no shouting, no paper notes.
Your door staff, never second-guessing.
Instant search by name, email or ID. Color indicators so the bouncer understands in 0.5 s what to do with each guest.
